Build the Pyramid Roblox Calculator: Blocks per Minute

Use the Build the Pyramid Roblox calculator for delivery rate, round-trip time, remaining pyramid completion time, and upgrade scenario differences.

What this calculator answers

The most useful Build the Pyramid question is often not what is the best stat, but what should I change for my next load? This calculator turns that question into a transparent route model. Enter your Walk Speed, carry capacity, one-way quarry-to-pyramid distance, pickup and placement batch sizes, action times, and remaining blocks. The result shows a full round-trip estimate, blocks per minute, and the time required to deliver the remaining target.

The tool is intentionally input-based. Public sources confirm the game identity and cooperative delivery loop, but they do not expose a permanent hidden formula for every route, upgrade, or server condition. Your own timed observation is therefore the correct input. Use the defaults only as a starting example, then replace them with values from the live interface and a stopwatch test.

Formula & assumptions

Round-trip travel = 2 × one-way distance ÷ walk speed. Processing time = ceil(load ÷ pickup batch) × pickup time + ceil(load ÷ place batch) × place time. The estimate includes a return after every load, including the final partial load. It assumes a clear route, no boosts, no lag, and no server-wide placement delay. Replace the example values with a timed in-game observation.

How to measure inputs in the game

Walk from the quarry to the pyramid with no load and note the one-way distance if you can observe it. If you cannot measure studs directly, use a consistent route estimate and label it approximate. Record the Walk Speed displayed by the game or your character state. Next, fill a load and count the blocks carried. Watch whether pickup and placement process one block or a larger batch per action, then time a few actions rather than relying on animation feel.

For action time, use a small sample taken in the same server. A crowded pyramid, lag, or a temporary boost can make the observed value different from the clean route. That is not a problem as long as you record the condition. The calculator helps compare the same condition; it does not claim to reproduce every server-side delay. If the route changes, start a new observation instead of mixing the values.

What the formulas mean

Round-trip travel time is two times the one-way distance divided by Walk Speed. The calculator then adds pickup time and placement time based on the number of actions needed for the load. A full load is calculated separately from a final partial load, so the remaining completion estimate does not assume every trip is perfectly full. Blocks per minute uses the time for one full load and is best read as a repeatable baseline.

The optional scenario changes Walk Speed or capacity, or changes pickup and placement batch values when you enter them in the main inputs. It reports the rate difference and time saved for the remaining target. If you enter a cost, it also shows blocks per minute gained per coin as a comparison aid. That is not a Robux valuation and it is not a promise that the upgrade price remains current.

Assumptions and limits

  • The route is clear and can be repeated without random waiting.
  • Walk Speed is treated as studs per second; use the unit that best matches your observation.
  • Pickup and placement time are per action and batch sizes are positive.
  • The model does not invent gym multipliers, private-server bonuses, lag behavior, or team coordination.
  • Zero remaining blocks returns a zero finish time; invalid negative input is constrained to a safe non-negative value.
  • A finish estimate should be refreshed when the live counter, server, or route changes.
QUICK ANSWERS

Calculator FAQ

What if I do not know the quarry distance?

Use a consistent estimate or time an empty one-way walk. The result is most useful for comparing scenarios with the same distance, even if the absolute distance is approximate.

Can the calculator tell me the best upgrade?

It can compare the inputs and cost you provide. It cannot know a hidden game effect or whether the live upgrade panel changed, so verify the effect in-game first.

Why is my in-game finish time different?

Crowding, path changes, animation timing, server lag, partial loads, and team behavior can all change the result. Retest with the same target and mark the conditions.
