Train the bottleneck, not the buzzword
Speed can shorten every trip, while strength or capacity can reduce the number of trips and actions. The right answer depends on what your timer shows.
Training is a delivery problem
Training advice is often reduced to a single claim such as speed is always best or strength is always best. That is too simple for a cooperative delivery game. If the quarry is far away, movement time can dominate and speed improves every round. If the walk is short but your load is small, capacity can remove whole trips. If pickup or placement actions are slow, neither stat is the first fix.
Use the calculator as a neutral baseline. Enter a timed speed, a real load, and the one-way distance. Then compare the scenario you can actually buy or train. When the game shows a gym multiplier, treat it as a temporary scenario and record whether the gain changes the route you care about.

Training FAQ
Should I always train speed first?
No. Speed is strongest when travel is the largest part of your round-trip time. If capacity or pickup/placement actions dominate, another change can produce a larger blocks-per-minute gain.
Are the numbers on this wiki permanent?
No. Server counts, pass prices, upgrade costs, rewards, and code status can change. Each data-led page shows an observation date and tells you when to use the current in-game interface instead.
What should I do if a guide conflicts with my server?
Use the live game UI as the tie-breaker, then retime the route with the calculator. A conflict is useful evidence that the value should not be presented as an evergreen fact.
Measure one load before you train again
A 30-second route test gives your next stat decision more signal than a copied tier list.
